Ask anyone of my friends and family and they will tell you that my hobby is baking! I love spending time in the kitchen whipping up something tasty and then sharing it with others. The process of baking itself is so much fun, and I thrive on the challenge of the art, but my favorite part is most definitely the presenting and sharing!
Nothing seems to make a person light up more than offering them home-made treats! Who doesn't enjoy a chewy, chocolate chip cookie or a slice of warm apple pie topped with creamy ice-cream?! The reward I receive from baking is simply seeing someone enjoying my tasty creation!
The aroma of freshly baked goods is heavenly, and it creates such a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is such a wonderful sensation!
The reason I have created this blog is so that I can share with others what I am baking as well as what I am learning as I continue to pursue my hobby! I want to find new ways of improving this art and discover unique recipes. I want to become a better baker so that I can bring bigger and brighter smiles to people's faces. Baking may be a hobby of mine, but it is also a way for me to minister to others!
